About the Saturday Semi-Private Classes

Each Saturday, healer Channa Dassanayaka welcomes a small circle of up to 10 participants into the Uniting Awareness Centre for a journey through Healing, Hatha Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

These semi-private sessions are intentionally slow and deeply restorative — blending mindful movement, breathwork, and subtle energy work to calm the nervous system and release held tension. Each class closes with guided Yoga Nidra, allowing your body and mind to enter profound rest and integration.

Whether you’re returning to practice or simply seeking a quiet space to recharge, these classes offer personal attention, gentle rhythm, and a renewed connection to your inner balance.

This is your time to soften, breathe, and realign with presence.
Spaces are limited — bookings essential.
